-Classes are for ages 13 & older with parent in attendance. (email for exceptions)

-Classes are geared for ages 13 and up (email us for exceptions).

-Anyone under 18 will need a paid parent or guardian in attendance.
-No animals inside other than legal, vested service dogs.
-Arrive 10 minutes early - some classes are no entry 10 minutes after class has begun.
